Almost 100 luxury spa treatments are available at Exhale day spas.
From facials to lifestyle workshops, there is something for everyone
in several urban locations.
New York, Chicago, Dallas, Boston, and Los Angeles are cosmopolitan cities, known for both successful, ambitious professionals and the high quality day spas in which those urbanites can take a break from their driven lifestyles. No wonder, then that the Exhale Spa has facilities in each of these cities. The Exhale day spa is a truly high-end luxury day spa, with great attention paid to the interior design. Exhale Day Spa features fitness, nutrition, and yoga classes as well as relaxing, centering spa services.
Formerly known as Aqua Day Spas, Exhale has several locations.
- The Exhale day spa in Santa Monica, CA, at 1422 2nd Street, offers 20 therapy rooms with soaking tubs, steam rooms and saunas. A true destination spa experience is yours for the taking here. The eucalyptus scent in all spa rooms, is intended to relax your body and ease your spirit. On the second floor, Pilates-style workouts strengthen your core. These fitness classes, called Core Fusion, are unique only to the Exhale day spas across the country.
- The Exhale day spa in Venice, CA, is at 245 South Main Street. The serene setting belies the intense workouts you can get here, followed by holistic treatments in the soothing, tranquil earth-tone setting of the spas. Don't worry if a core workout is not for you; the Yoga for Beginners classes assure that there is a workout for everyone. As with other Exhale spas, lifestyle workshops are provided to promote overall wellbeing. Shop at the boutique for day spa - related items such as yoga books and CDs.
- The Exhale day spa in Boston, MA, is at 28 Arlington Street. The manicures here, as well as the mani-pedis and skin treatments, are noted for the providers' attention to detail and utmost care for your hands. The Core Fusion classes here are as challenging as at the other Exhale day spas, and the spa therapies continue to be of the highest quality. Wellness coaches are available (appointments only), with whom you can work to determine the best plan for you to achieve well-being.
- The Exhale day spa in New York, NY, has two locations: 150 Central Park South and 980 Madison Avenue. Both the midtown and Upper East Side Exhale day spas feature "Eliza's Eyes" for eyebrow shaping. Eliza Petrescu is extremely popular, so make your appointment ahead of time. Core Fusion, yoga, and other classes also fill up quickly. Nonetheless, there are a lot of other options available for your relaxation here. Like the other Exhale day spas, these in NYC also offer close to 100 luxury treatments.
- The Exhale day spa in Chicago, IL, at 945 North State Street, is new and offering a free core class to attract new clientele. It will also feature acupuncture and wellness courses standard to Exhale day spas. Featuring the same calm, Zen-inspired setting as preexisting Aqua day spas, this Chicago full-service luxury day spa will surely be as popular in Illinois as are the others on both coasts.
- The Exhale day spa in Dallas, is at 5300 East Mockingbird Lane. A new Exhale, like the one in Chicago, this Dallas location will offer special deals to attract new clients. Like all Exhale day spas, Wellness Coaches will be available to help you create a personal program. Weight management and lifestyle workshops are also an option.
From the aromatherapy candles beside each warm bathing area, to the Turkish Body Scrub and deep tissue massages, Exhale day spas offer high-end luxury treatments that span the spectrum from serene solitude to intense intervention. Whatever it is you seek in a high-end luxury day spa, you are sure to find it here.

Those spas sound divine! Unfortunately, the nearest one to me is about a 2
day drive. Any ideas to help me justify the trip to my hubby?

Exhale <b>is</b> wonderful, but you don't need to live near a
major cosmopolitan city to enjoy a fantastic day spa! <a
href="http://www.denver.woodhousespas.com">The Woodhouse Day
Spa</a> in Denver is also a genuinely luxurious spa experience,
perfect for relaxing muscles all tired out from extreme sports! :)

Thank you for the link! It has been noted and saved. Now, I've got to
start ferreting away my pennies.

Sounds like top of the line luxury but there's none near me and I probably
couldn't afford it anyway. I'll just have to do with a nice soak in the
tub at home.

Texans enjoy a relaxing spa experience as much as anyone else, but the best
ones tend to be in the cities - such as the <a
href="http://www.lakehousespa.com/group_spa_retreats.php">Lake
House Spa</a> in Austin, or the <a
href="http://www.watermarkhotel.com/spa/spa.php">Watermark
Spa</a> in San Antonio. But Texas is a big state (to state the
obvious), and getting to a swanky day spa is just not always feasible for
a variety of reasons. Time in a relaxing bath can be
<i>so</i> therapeutic, though; perhaps you can enjoy your own
spa experience at home. <a
