Recommended Luxury Resorts with Spas in SedonaThe Best Spas in High-end Sedona, Arizona are on Resort Properties
The best upscale resort hotels in Sedona have on-site destination spas that are in themselves worth a trip to Arizona.
Sedona AZ is an exceedingly attractive, almost otherworldly luxury vacation destination in the US. The vivid red rock formations set against clear blue skies are iconic and likely famous throughout the world. Few other places in North America impart such a sense of wonder and connection. No wonder, then, that there are several luxury hotel resorts with world-class destination spas in Sedona, Arizona. Recommended Luxury Resorts with Best Spas in Sedona Enchantment Resort and Mii Amo Spa: There is no question that Enchantment and its affiliated spa, Mii Amo, are internationally known and respected. The Enchantment Resort is the best resort in Sedona, and Mii Amo is a destination spa with its own casitas and suites. In fact, many harried executives and otherwise stressed-out guests come to Mii Amo annually, and don't leave the property (and barely get out of their spa robes) for the duration of their stay. The best couples' massage Luxury Travel ever experienced was right here, and the Mii Amo Cafe offers an array of delicious, satisfying entrees for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Yes, those harried executives even come to the cafe in their robes! Amara Resort: Luxury Travel enjoyed a stay here, with the views of Oak Creek from room and suite patios. That's relaxing in itself. The Amara Spa fits right in with the relaxing atmosphere of the resort, with its calm colors, and simple, comfortable interior design. The Outer Radiance Spa Package at Amara is quite generous for a luxury spa such as this; a free night's stay, fruit and cheese plate upon arrival, bottle of wine, and $260 spa credit make this vacation package notable. The Amara Resort is boutique hotel-sized, and the Spa here maintains that sense of personal attention and relative intimacy. All spa massages are available in-room, except Aroma Stone Therapy. L'Auberge de Sedona: This luxury resort is owned by the same company as the Amara Resort, and is no longer affiliated with the Auberge in Napa Valley. It's also car-free; guests park at the Amara Resort, and golf carts transport them the rest of the way down the hill and to the other side of Oak Creek. Everything is being renovated, and the new Spa at L'Auberge in Sedona offers both indoor and outdoor treatments. Four new treatment rooms, in-room massages, and a creekside cabana all manage to be very, very pampering and relaxing. The French decor is in keeping with the resort, albeit a bit surprising in the southwest. Treatment products and massage oils are all-natural, from well-regarded French body product companies like L'Occitane and Institute Esthederm. Now, there are other destination spas in Sedona, some of which embrace the feel of a luxury resort (the New Day Spa comes to mind). However, for the best pampering spas right on luxury resort grounds, Sedona travelers can't do better than these three recommended resort spas.
