Kathy, that is actually a very good question! Sorry I wasn't clear. You're asking about this limoncello recipe:
Make Your Own Limoncello
You should discard the juice from the lemon, or possibly reuse it for some other drink or dish. I hope you try out this recipe; it's pretty easy, and the drink has proven to be pretty popular around here!
